Cathy joined John’s practice in 2008 as an Associate Financial Representative. She earned her B.B.A from Belhaven College. Cathy has 20 years of prior experience in the financial services industry and holds both her life insurance license and her General Securities Registration. Cathy is also a General Securities Principal and she successfully completed the certification of Fellow, Life Management Institute. Cathy has been recognized as one of Mississippi’s 50 Leading Business Women by the Mississippi Business Journal. She is an alumnus of the Leadership Madison County.

Hiedie joined John’s staff in 2008 as the Director of Policy Owner Services. She handles the duties required to professionally service our client’s accounts. If you need assistance with changing payment amounts or method, address changes, or beneficiary designation changes, Hiedie is there to provide you with the necessary information and forms to do so. She also sets appointment for our clients and medical examiners. Hiedie process new applications and follows our clients’ progress through underwriting. Should you have any questions regarding your coverage with Northwestern Mutual, please feel free to call upon her at any time.
